While emergency, 24/7 service is reserved for clients who retain Vitrasec’s time by a monthly fee, we try to keep time open for non-retainer clients. Reach out and we’ll do our best to get rapid support for your needs.
We offer retainers to clients who complete the Cyber Readiness Program (CRP). The CRP is a process designed to bring clients to a uniform standard and ensure they have the systems in place to effectively address an incident should one occur. After completing the CRP, a regularly funded bank of hours will be made available to your organization.
Vitrasec can assist in meeting various requirements but does not offer verification of compliance. We will happilly review your requirements and advise on the best way forward.
